Pure Essence Oils LLC: DIY -HOMEMADE PRODUCTS WITH ESSENTIAL OILS

Window/Mirror Cleaner:

1/4 -1/2 tsp Liquid Castille Soap
3 tblsp Vinegar
2 cups Water
10 drops Essential Oil of Choice- Peppermint, Lemon, Orange

Pour ingredients into a spray bottle, shake and use.

Laundry Detergent

Laundry Detergent:

Ingredients:

4 cups of Washing soda (not washing powder)
4 bars of Fels-Naphtha Soap or scent-free Castile soap
4 cups of Borax
4 cups of Baking Soda
40 drops of doTERRA Lavender (or Purify or Wild Orange) I prefer Purify
Large mixing bowl
Cheese grater

Directions:

Grate the 2 bars of Fels-Naphtha (or Castile soap). Mix thoroughly, using a fork to remove any lumps in the mixture. Then I put in my Ninja blender and mix it all together. Some people do not mix in the blender but just add it all together.

Fruit and Vegetable Wash

Fruit and Vegetable Wash:

1 cup Water
1 cup White Vinegar
1 tbsp Baking Soda
10 drops each Grapefruit (or orange) & Lemon Essential Oil

Combine ingredients and pour into spray bottle.

Air/Linen Spray

Air/Linen Spray:

1/4 cup Witch Hazel
3 1/2 cups Filtered Water
30 of drops Essential oils or 15 drops of each if you like to mix more than one oil
- In a small bowl, combine Witch Hazel and Essential Oil together. The Witch Hazel works as an emulsifier, allowing the oil and water to mix evenly.
Pour the Witch Hazel mix into the spray bottle, add the water and shake. Shake before using.

Bug Spray

Bug Spray:

You will need

A Spray Bottle

1/2 Cup Distilled Water

1/2 Cup of Witch Hazel

20-30 drops of TerraShield.

You may also add Lemongrass to the mix 15-20 drops.

You could also replace the Water & Witch Hazel for Fractionated Coconut Oil. .

Hand Sanitizer

Hand Sanitizer:

Ingredients:
25 drops On Guard Essential Oil Blend (I alternate with Purify for variety)
10 drops Lemon Essential Oil Blend
1 Tbsp. Fractionated Coconut Oil
2 tsp. Aloe Vera Gel
Water
15 ml glass Spray Bottle (if smaller bottle split recipe)

Directions:
Fill the spray bottle half full with water. Add in the essential oils, aloe vera and coconut oil. Add more water to the bottle until it is full. Insert lid and shake well.

Spray on your hands and rub them together. Safe to use for kids and adults!
